Since our very early days (when we were known as ‘Go Provence’), Go Beyond has always had a great affinity with France. So, we’re thrilled that this August we’ll be setting up home in the north-west of the country, in beautiful Brittany, for three weeks.
Yes, we’re going back to our roots in France and offering THREE separate, one-week holidays where we’ll embrace our stunning surroundings while offering a host of activities to keep our guests entertained.
Our 3 holidays will be:
Week 1 – Brittany Adventure: 4-11 August
Week 2 – Culture of Brittany: 12-19 August
Week 3 – Best of Brittany: 20-27 August
Our fabulous home from home
We will be based in the picturesque village of Mellionnec, where we have secured the most fabulous gite that is comfortable, spacious and all ours!
Our accommodation allows us to welcome more guests than previously offered. That means you’ll be supported by even more of our superb team. With a ratio of at least one staff member to every two guests, you can be assured of being well looked after while focusing on what we do best: having fun!
Our gite comes with a large kitchen, so we’ll be taking our own Go Beyond chef with us, who will be catering for us throughout.
And if you’ve ever been away with us before when the chef-tastic Helen has been feeding us, you’ll know she produces the most amazing meals while paying attention to everyone’s dietary requirements.
Plus, when we’re out on our daytime activities, we’ll depart with lovely picnics. We will enjoy them in some of the most breathtaking locations that Brittany (or indeed France, for that matter) has to offer. Wonderful!
Three styles of holiday: your choice
There’s so much to see and do in Brittany that we’ve decided to offer a choice of three syles of holiday there.
The first week is for those who may enjoy slightly more adventurous activities. The second week is for those interested in the more cultural side, and the last week will be a blend of the two for those who like a bit of variation!
Therefore, for our ‘Brittany Adventure’ trip, you can expect to enjoy activities such as mountain biking, kayaking and archery. Meanwhile, during the ‘Culture of Brittany’ week you can enjoy a visit to a chateau, take a train ride and enjoy a picturesque boat trip on the river Odet.
Initial uptake has been really strong. With just under four months to departure, we do have some spaces available, but they are selling fast, so please get in touch if you want to experience one of these trips with us.
Here is the current status of the three weeks we’re offering…….
Brittany Adventure – 4th – 11th August 2025 – Moderate Availability
Culture of Brittany – 12th – 19th August 2025 – Low availability
Best of Brittany – 20th – 27th August 2025 – Moderate Availability
